The Early Bird Gets the Listing (and the Best Photos)

Ok,

Who’s already had their fall stuff out since September 1?!

You are the same people that were drinking PSLs in August… Y’all know who you are. It’s the sweater weather crew coming in HOT! hah

I was trying to get ahead and warn you but I feel like fall just keeps getting earlier and earlier.

Nevertheless, I have a little trick up my sleeve I wanted to share it with you!

We’re heading into the holiday season

No kidding, I went into Lowes and there was a skeleton, a blow up turkey and a 9 ft fraser fur all on the same aisle! And you all know that I love the holiday decor as much as anyone but it doesn’t work well for real estate photos.

The same can be said when the trees are totally bare and there’s half melted snow on your lawn. Yikes, not so warm and inviting.

So here’s the plan...

If you’re even thinking about selling before the end of the year, let’s get your pictures NOW!

My marketing team is here to help! I’ve got the crew on standby and I promise you it’s easier now versus asking you to move the tree and holiday village that took you 5 hours to set up. ( and If you use that fake snow, you can forget it)

Doing the marketing now provides a clean, neutral backdrop, showcasing your property in its best light. Trust me, these photos can make a significant difference when it comes time to list your home.

So whether the plan is now or you want to hit it hard in January, let’s set up your complimentary consultation. We can discuss the current market, your home’s value, and the best timing for your situation.

Getting these details in place now means you’ll be ready to hit the market at the perfect time. Positioning your home in the ABSOLUTE best light is my job. If taking photos early gets you more money, I’m here for it!

Have an awesome day!
